In addition to my 10 years of experience as a high school French teacher, I have created the following instructional materials: Training guide for employment skills trainers I designed and wrote a training guide for a motivational course developed by an employment consulting agency. The course content was based on the principals of cognitive therapy. I spoke to subject matter experts and used videotapes of live sessions to gather the information for this project. Instructor's guide and participant materials for customer service I wrote modules for a customer service training course at a large financial services institution. The instructor's notes included both teaching scripts and activities. The classes were based on active training techniques, so there were lots of collaborative activities and games. I also wrote all of the participant materials that accompanied the classroom activities. Materials and training for office automation workers I designed instructional material and conducted seminars on word processors, OCR, and data communications.
